*Hessan, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The weather was pouring during our first day and very tired of our journey esp with my daughter who was not feeling well. Hessan had kindly let us checked-in earlier once a twin room became available. I am so grateful for that. He also kept an eye on our bags during our last day when we checked out of the room as our transport home was in the afternoon. Thank you Hessan *The location is excellent, safe, not far from the underground and buses, lots of shops and restaurant nearby *The hotel is clean and smells fresh even just from entering the entrance door going to our rooms. *The twin room we stayed was more than enough for us to rest. It was clean. The bed is comfortable to sleep on. Duvet is available when needed but we were fine with just the sheet as the room is warm. Hangers for clothes are available. There is a TV. *The room has a kettle, with coffee/ tea, sugar and milk. *The bathroom is clean, 2 towels & toiletries were provided. In general, we had a great stay in ABC Hyde Park Hotel and had a fantastic time in London.

great value for money! lovely location, close to all the transport routes! walking distance from hyde park & kensington gardens. friendly reception team! some small cosmetic bottles, little pastries and bottles of water included in the room rate. very quiet, comfortable sleep. despite a lot of negative comments on the room sizes, the one we had was very comfortable for 2 people. floors have been updated recently and the room had a good tv, clothes storage and 2 desks with chairs. very good use of space. we would happily stay again!

Very helpful and kind staff. The hotel is located on a very nice, spacious, quiet street, and there was a wide variety of food at breakfast. The rooms were well cleaned, new towels were brought every day. The soundproofing between rooms is not the strongest, but if the neighbors respect each other and don't scream, then this is not a problem at all. Everything was quiet by us. The breakfast area is not the biggest, but we only had to wait a few minutes once for a free seat.

If you're looking for a good deal, I think this hotel is one of the best options. It's only a bit more expensive than a hostel, but for this low price you get a great location, your own room with a private bathroom, and a simple breakfast included. I really don't get some of the bad reviews here. What do people expect when paying so little? A royal palace? Overall, I think it's the best value for your money in central London.

The staff were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough, gave me directions to places I needed to be, taking the stress out of the days. The room was smal, but very clean the bathroom was spotless, plenty of shampoo and shower gel provided. For the price I paid especially for London, I really didn't expect it to be such a nice clean room and bathroom. And the bed was very comfy too.
